From time to time we use reviews on our website/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram page. Parc Wernol will only publish these with your permission. A client can ask for this to be removed at any time or request for the review not to be published. Clients are asked to contact  Parc Wernol directly to remove permission to publish reviews. By reviewing Parc Wernol on any platform ie social media, website or email you are consenting for the park to use these reviews for marketing.

STORING OF INFORMATION

All information that you supply us with is stored on secured servers. We will take all reasonable steps necessary to make sure that your data is treated securely in line with this privacy statement. The client information that is stored, Name, email address, telephone number, is stored both on a paper form and on our secure server. Information is kept locked via a password on the computer, and is only accessible to us in the office. The information that we hold on paper form is stored securely in a locked filing cabinet. No information is passed on, sold or used for any other purposes other than for the use of Parc Wernol. The information is held for 2 years and after that time will be removed from the server or paper form destroyed.
