STORING OF INFORMATION

The client information that is stored, Name, email address, telephone number, is stored both on a paper form and on our secure server. Information is kept locked via a password on the computer, and is only accessible to us in the office. The information that we hold on paper form is stored securely in a locked filing cabinet. The information is held for 2 years and after that time will be removed from the server or paper form destroyed.
